We ship all custom print orders (Risograph and Hot Foil) via Royal Mail Tracked services. A tracking link will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders placed from outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.

Once your order has been handed over to Royal Mail, we are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by the courier. That said, we’ll always do our best to help resolve any problems.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, or arrives damaged, please contact us at print@inkandrepeat.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We may be able to raise a claim with the courier and will offer a reprint where appropriate.

We package all orders carefully using recyclable and protective materials:
– Two layers of greyboard
– Recycled kraft wrapping
– Paper tape & bubble wrap
– Rigid cardboard mailers
Damage is rare — but if it does happen, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our print services, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once printing has begun.
We will offer a reprint or suitable resolution if there is a clear production error on our part, such as:

Incorrect file or colour used

Print quantity errors

Major production faults
We do not offer refunds or reprints in the following cases:

Spelling, design, or layout mistakes in artwork provided by the customer

Colour shifts or imperfections inherent to Risograph or hot foil printing
(e.g. misregistration, uneven foil coverage, or impression depth) -
Customer misunderstanding of the print processes or materials

Late delivery caused by incorrect files, missed deadlines, or courier delays
